It is with great sadness that due to unforeseen circumstances the centre is having to close its doors at the end of this year.

Our work couldn't have taken place without the unfailing support of the Eric Liddell Centre, especially their Day Care Centre which worked in partnership to begin our work in dementia care. We would also like to thank the Elms, North Merchiston Care Home, the Community Mental Health team's Older People's service, the Open Door and the Dementia Friendly Community of Portobello for the opportunities they gave us to deliver art therapy to people living with a diagnosis of dementia.

We would also like to thank the teams at Scottish Adoption, Whale Arts and Broomhouse Young Carers for their collaboration in projects we have run for the younger members of our community.

All this could not have taken place without the commitment of our therapists and volunteers with the support and guidance of our board of trustees to whom we are forever grateful.  Also our thanks goes out to the funding bodies who have supported us over the last 3 years.

For those interested in accessing art therapy in Edinburgh we would suggest looking at The British Association of Art Therapists website to find the list of registered art therapists working in private practice in the area.
