SCHOOL PROJECT MANAGER

£24,814 pro-rata p.a.
You’ll take overall responsibility for clinical work within the school, managing Place2Be Volunteer Counsellors and maintaining strong working relationships with staff members and the wider community to promote the services of Place2Be.
An experienced counsellor or therapist with demonstrable project management skills, you’ll have a strong track record of providing emotional support to children and the ability to line-manage in support of the development of others. As well as professional expertise, you’ll demonstrate real emotional resilience – ready to embrace all aspects of this hugely rewarding, yet demanding role.

PLACE2BE VOLUNTEER COUNSELLORS
If you are a qualified or trainee counsellor, clinical or educational psychologist and would like to work therapeutically with children, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a primary or secondary school setting, with on-site supervision.
Placements are for a minimum of one day per week, for one academic year, term time only.
